What coins out there have conditional rarities?

I'll start off..

1921-P Peace dollar with a solid strike (thanks Slider for letting me know about this one!)
1934-S Peace dollar in AU/BU
1945-P Mercury dime with FSB
1952-S, 1953-S Franklin half FBL
1962-P Franklin FBL (to a much lesser extent than the 52/53-S)

For conditional rarity, there are many examples in the Morgan dollars.
Considering MS65
1901-P, 6.96 million, $450,000
1904-O, 3.72 million, $ 175
Not issued by the treasury, kept in bags.

Not really conditional rarity, but full step nickels from the 60s are incredibly tough to find.

And of course any 1983 US clad coins in higher BU grades.

In higher conditions, the 1914-D Lincoln Cent (higher mintage) has greater value than the 1931-S (lower mintage).

The 1931-S was saved by collectors who knew it had a low mintage.

My favorite is the '69-P quarter.

Nice attractive specimens are tough in every grade. They were very poorly made and most Unc examples have chicken scratching and poor strikes.
Time don't fly, it bounds and leaps.

If you had presented any other coin I would have suspected your account to be compromised.

Some off the top of my head:
1945 dime with FB
1927-S quarter especially with FH
1919-D half dollar
1921-S half dollar
1886-O dollar (price jump between MS-64 and 65 is incredible)
1892-S dollar
1896-O dollar
