I want to say mini repeater, worth selling, I think so but I'm not sure what to call it haha.

I don't see it as anything special.
00155100 would be (radar number).
And to a lesser extent so would 00150015.

I would say the serial number is "unusual" but nothing extraordinary. It's kinda sorta a repeater but not really a true repeater. The far left "0" kind of blows it.
