This one hammered for $9.50. I think that's an okay price for a coin that looks to me to be no worse than VG-8...what's CCF's grade opinion? VG details, PVC/Active Corrosion.

Good catch Cartwheel on that spot of PVC on the obverse rim. A soak in acetone should clean up the PVC residue and arrest the corrosion. I expect any corrosion damage already present on the coin would be negligible.
