small_fortune_ Valued Member United States 77 Posts	Posted 10/22/2015 10:43 pm Coins cancelled by the US mint have a clear appearance. The waves are a whole lot more pronounced and pointed on cancelled US coins than the ones on this coin. I'd say it's probably foreign. Report this Post to the Staff
