Back when I was a YN, my older brother vandalized a 2x2 of a coin I had which he personally disapproved of. It was several months before I noticed.

Going for something unique to draw in buyers, I suppose.
There's a local coin dealer at the shows in town that draws straight black-red-black lines on all the 2x2s holding Nazi Germany coins he sells.
