Hello ya'll! I'm 14 years old and I've been collecting coins for a few years now, figured I'd sign up here to see what's happening nowadays. I have almost every general type of 20th century (and a few 19th) US coin, but my true loves lie in dimes (all types, silver FDR's being my favorite) and wheat pennies. I also do a wee bit of CRH, and I think I'm going to up my antie on that soon. In a few days (after thanksgiving has been digested) I'll start a thread on my wheat cents journey. I have an amazing uncle who got me started with this whose eyes are going, and he wanted me to have his 40+ year collection of tens of thousands of wheat pennies. Hopefully I'll be able to start going threw them and I'll find a VDB S and repay him with that. Ahh, we can dream.
But, anyway, thanks for having me!

Dimes are great! When I was in high school, I'd save my coin change and small bills from lunch money and picked up Bust and Seated dimes at the local coin show that happened a couple times a year. :) wonderful series to get into if you get into buying 19th century coins.

IMO Roosevelt dimes are GREATLY overlooked.
Silver Roosies are rather inexpensive.
I've got three sets.
One is raw UNC.
One is MS-66/PF-67.
And the third one is MS-66 FT.

IMO if the design is ever changed their price will jump.
My only question is will I live long enough to see that happen.
