There is the tiniest amount of wear on the high points of the end of the king's moustache, and the centre of the tie of the bow of the wreath, both well hidden by the rather dark patina. Nice crisp rims. I can't quite guess if the minor marks are dust or tiny scratches on the holder, or tiny marks on the coin itself.
I am going to say MS62, despite what I say about wear.
The dark patina doesn't really help with eye appeal, but that has nothing to do with the grading, except that it may have fooled me a bit.

I don't see wear but I see a weak strike on the 2 in 25 and in the 9

It's AU, it has light signs of wear, as well as light surface marks that are not consistent with bag marks. The dark toning hides these rather well.

It's very hard to grade deeply toned coins, especially from photos. I'll wager a guess at 63.

I see a nick on the eyebrow and behind the ear and that is all. Strike looks full.. Great toning and "at least an internet 63" with my eyes..

Quite a range but Everest nailed it. Good effort everyone. I know it's hard to guess what ICCS if going to do, especially with a less than perfect picture and a coin that is so darkly toned.
