This 1867 3 cent nickel has clashed reverse dies. (The red line is not on the coin.) Obverse is a bit dirty with die chips across from the eye and between ST in STATES, but otherwise original surfaces with good color. Obverse may have partial clash as well. None of this was mentioned by the seller.

I'll acetone it when it gets here to get some of that gunk off.

How would you grade it?

Agree with VF-25. XF coins have to have almost all full lines on the reverse numerals.

I think my initial take is wrong but I think some of the other grades are a bit harsh. I'd need to see better pictures or see it in hand, but the cheek looks like it has wear indicative of XF. I've seen a lot of 3CN like this and much of what you're seeing is not wear but a poor strike. Usually, the cheek basically helps you tell the grade almost exclusively. It helps to see how the tips of the reverse leaves are worn and the top of the beaded crown.
