Hi Coin Community. Needing your thoughts on this bill I got in a lot, that I'm going to let go (since I ahve a much better one) I'm leaning towards Fine, on this, but a 2nd opinion never hurts (that much :) ). Thanks

The bill should be a 'fine' but, the heavy folds drop the grade down.

Those heavy folds turn into tears, this is a VG 10 at best

Four corner folds, three vertical folds, and one horizontal fold; just don't see a Fine.
I'll go along with the VG, maybe $3 or $4 tops. Nice space filler until better example appears. Sorry.

You guys are great. Appreciate the feedback. I also had a hard time between the VG/Fine. Maybe its because it sits right in between VG+
