What would you grade this Morgan?

Nice reverse, but obverse has a lot of chatter. No less than 63.

First off, welcome.
Nice specimen. I've seen scuffier examples certify as MS64. That'd be my foor. Depending on the eye appeal in hand, it might earn a "+".

It would probably make 63, but I don't think any higher.

MS62, or MS63, depending on whose eyes are looking at it. to CCF :)

Lower end of the MS-63 range. Nice luster.

Thanks so much for the responses! I am still trying to learn a little more on the grading criteria that you all seem very familiar with. As far as telling uncirculated from circulated, are the hair above the ear on the obverse and breast of the eagle on the reverse the main telltale signs? And then on uncirculated, does it go by the number of bag marks and chatter in the fields, as well as eye appeal? Would this be a worthy coin to send in to the grading companies or would it not be cost effective?
