After seeing how my goals went for 2015, decided to start up a 2016 goals thread! So I will start out: - 2016 WTE proof/bullion - 2016 silver proof ATB Quarters- 2016 silver lunar series - A few 7070 coins (at least one over $100) - A few Japan type coins - Keep an open eye to finding Dansco foreign type albums - Pres. dollar year Dansco album - 1970D to complete up to date Kennedy album - Couple foreign bullion coins for "Around the World" set What other goals are my fellow CCF members looking forward to setting and completing?

My goals are: 1. To finish my PCGS MS and Proof Half Dollar Modern Commemorative Collection 2. To figure out how to start a Silver Dollar Modern Commemorative Collection...whether to buy OGP and drop into CAPs Airtite albums, or whether to buy PCGS. And to actually start this probably decade long project. 3. To STOP buying coins that are not related to my projects.

I am not sure if I can afford it, but I would like to get the last three coins for my 7070 (the three early dollars). Then I can start saving for the remaining (mostly key) dates in my other albums.

My goal is just to buy more and not have to sell any. I don't have any high value stuff so maybe getting a coin that's gradeable or already graded. It is fun to watch all you guys talk about and purchase thousand dollar coins though.

My main goal will be to close the gap on the 6 remaining Lincolns I need to complete my set. Going to be a tall order as the ones I need are all the key dates minus the 31-s. Just added that a couple of days ago. Wish me luck...

My goals: 2015 was the year of my transitioning from mostly buying bullion and CRH filling folders (Cents, nickels, etc) to targeting albums and filling albums through junk bins (mercs, silver roosevelts, Washington quarters, franklins ). I've started accumulating IHC (no album yet, so that'll likely be a 2016 project). But I think my main goal for 2016 will be the dansco 7070 and making less random purchases that add up and leave me with random coins wondering where or why I bought them. I've already bought a Seated dime for my dansco and must say I'm liking it. I like how the dansco allows you to keep learning about new coins and exposes you to different areas than if you were just focusing on a couple of sets.

So seems like quite a few members are closing in on the main/key dates/coins for their albums! Good luck to all! :D And yeah hopefully I can also find a few more of the better dated wheat cents (for my mom's album) for somewhat cheap before having to save up for the key coins. We will see!

My goal for 2016 is to keep buying coins for as long as I can. without life's complications getting in the way. BTW I'm talking about U.S. coins.

1. Start back up on my Franklin Halves--haven't worked on those for about a year or so; want to complete them as a date set this year before expanding to all mint marks. 2. Continue keeping my ATB Quarters (P&D only) & Kennedy halves up to date. Need to get the next Whitman ATB folder. 3. a descent looking late date Large Cent, or Flying Eagle cent, or Shield nickel. 4. Pick up a 7070 (or equivalent) to start filling. I have all the 20th century coins already and a couple 19th century type pieces to start with. 5. A few (<5) ASE to add to the stack. Maybe a couple 90% dollars. 6. Continue my silver Roosevelt dimes, maybe to completion if I'm lucky.

I guess my goals are pretty simple, to keep adding silver coins to my stash (would like to at least add what I did in 2015) and try to finish my Jefferson nickel folder. I just might, had a good 2015 working on it from coin roll hunting.
