Too bad they don't ship to the US. Seems kinda stupid for a coin that valuable.

Double Struck. Many US Colonials ended up in the UK as curiosities.
You don't see very many with that blatant of a double strike.

I live & breath errors and wouldn't touch this in raw condition at that price..

Also, most of the rare errors I have purchased from sellers on ebay.uk would be happy to ship to the USA if you ask the seller and offer to pay the extra postage fees.
