Bertensgrad Pillar of the Community United States 1192 Posts	Posted 04/01/2015 9:51 pm I had to take a break this week from nickel boxes since I'm on a trip. However I stopped by a dealer and was looking through his junk jefferson box that were a dime apiece. One of the first ones I picked up was a 1939-s. It was kinda cheating but I picked it up for my album and had to then go through the entire box that was probally $100. I found some 1938 s and 1938 d too that I picked up. One with the complete buisness run of jeffersons and a custom one that I have pages for Shield nickels through 1964 jeffersons. It's pretty cool but a whole lot of blanks. I haven't been able to afford one Shield nickel and I have only the super common buffalo and Liberty nickels. However most of the jeffersons are starting to be mostly AU from circulation. I have every date from circulation except the 1950d 2. I have never found a Liberty nickel. So I wanted to possibly keep searching. No silver but I am satisfied. 1938 - D 1942 - D 1948 - S x2 1974 - S Proof 2009 - D and a clipped planchete with PMD.... What a waste. Would have been a nice coin. Report this Post to the Staff
