Of all of the 41s I have pulled I've only found two Large S. Very difficult to find, and underrated.

Now I'll have to check my 41s.

I've been putting all of the duplicates (lots of 57 and 57D's) in a separate jug, once I learn better what rpm's to look for, I'll spend a few hours going thru them.

opened my 3rd box this week. started REALLY slow...nothing for most of the box. did manage to pull 3 silvers, all of them dupes, but I did manage to replace a chrome plated '45P I was using as a place holder. other War Nickels were '43S, and '44P. also found a '37 buffalo, already had this one though. quantity wise, one of the lower pull boxes I've had. but I think I pulled the most silvers out of this box.

THey are tough. I have 5 of them......one of them was cherried from a show in 2008. If you guys look for them at dealer shops and shows you will pick a few up, I'm sure. And I think I just found an inverted s for sale, but the pics aren't good enough for me to tell for sure, so I may go look at it if it is still available.

If they were drawing soem decent attn I'd buy the rolls that are for sale on ebay.

I know this is in the wrong thread, but I have searched and searched and am having trouble finding photos of Brian1315's 7070 Type Set. I was reading another thread where it was praised and would like to know if any of you know where to find it so I can admire it as well. Thanks!

25 rolls (1/2 box).

39S, 55D, 56D, 58D were the only pre-1960's except a really nice 44D war. It has some really nice detail and toning on it. I'll try to throw up a photo tonight. Two foreign coins - 84 Canadian and 87 Bahamas.

Started searching a box of nickels last night. This evening while I was going through a few of the rolls I found a 39-D. I saw the back of the coin first with the D mintmark. I was really elated when I saw that the obverse said 1939.
As of now, I am still looking for 38-D, 39-S, 43-D, 44-P, 44-S, & the ever scarce 50-D.

Over the X-mas holidays, I found 38-S.

Excellent Coinsleuth - you are getting pretty close to being done. I'm still missing quite a few, but just started in Jan.

Picking up a box Thursday.

I think there have been a couple in this thread - farther back somewhere.

$10 worth at lunch - couple of 57D's, and a 46. Nothing special, just killing time.

Indeed .... Yinzi has found two 1950-D in the past month!. Both finds are posted a few pages back in this thread.

I found mine in a roll after 99,200 coins searched.

They can be found ..... takes some patience and dedicated roll searching.
