Picked this up for a what I thought was a really good price. It's a pretty nice coin and I think it might be an S2 (maybe, maybe not, I'm bad at date placement). Anyways I would appreciate a grade and if you know the Snows a thought about that...thanks !

Well guys looks like I'm the one to
Disagree here ...
I believe I can see atleast 3 1/2 diamonds if not 4 ,
I'm only seeing the slightest bit of wear at the hair above the ear and the curl on the right of the ribbon ...
Plus I'm seeing few traces of luster here and there ...

Over the past few years I've owned my fair share of better date IHC all certifited by NGC and I will say the last two I had was a AU 53 1908s and a 1863 AU 50 ... In my opinion your 1908s looks a lot better detail wise than my AU 1863 and really close to the 1908s ...
So for me this coin is AU 50 possibly even 53...
Very nice coin :)
TPGs tend to be on the generous side with better dates , ones I had a few more coins together I'd send her into anacs !!

Great diamond detail, feathers, shield lines, I'm all in at AU-53.

Yep, I don't see why this couldn't make an AU grade. I'm not sure which, but its a great coin.

Thanks everyone for your opinions ! I was looking at PCGS photo grade and it's pretty much a match to AU50, real close to 53. I sniped it at 69 bucks...
