What are your thoughts on the condition of this coin?

The grade appears to be about F15 or a little higher. My concern with the coin is that it appears to have been cleaned or dipped in a chemical that left a bleached look on some areas of he coin.

VF-25. The color looks off. My money is that it has been cleaned at some point and retoned. Would probably grade problem-free at a respectable TPG.

Easy VF-25 for details. Color does not look natural. Environmental damage (corrosion) might be a factor, or maybe harsh chemical treatment with retoning.
If it were mine I'd check the weight and test with a magnet. Nothing stands out as an obvious counterfeit marker but I'm suspicious by nature, especially when the color is off.
