I don't know here, maybe Retained Cud but looks more like a die crack if anything.

On a retain Cud, you would expect to see a die crack that connects from rim to rim and see a bit of displacement (die movement) I'm just seeing a die crack that has one end at the rim so far. While it is large, it is not connecting yet.
