Again, from the pics provided, I'd say that the reverse looks possibly AU; the obverse, however, was either weakly struck, or shows definite wear on the curls, bust and other high points. My monitor is not the best, and while the pictures are seviceable, they are at a bit of a slant that tends to exaggerate some elements of condition and obscure others.
The coin looks to be very nice; and least EF-40 and maybe much higher.
I agree with xf45 but I'm not sure about the retoned. Any idea where or how this coin has been stored? The reversve has no tone at all compared to the obverse, perhaps it was in a Whitman coin folder?
