Any obverse? Anyways, yeah, the coin looks to be in mid to lower mint state (with possible details).

Is that black stuff on the coin or on the flip? That would be the critical question. I would send the seller that question if you are thinking about bidding on this and I wouldn't pay anywhere close to value with those pictures. This is one you try to steal based on the - let's be honest here - stupid pictures - and hope it turns out. OR, just move on, too much uncertain here.

If its a nice honest MS-65, why would you put it for sale looking like that? surface looks right from these pics, though!

Looks like there is a small dent below the shield. This would not really be acceptable in an MS-65 coin IMO. Still, the price is attractive and might be worth the gamble.

I think it is on the coin. One the obverse pictures, none of the black marks extend onto the white backing paper. This is $100+ coin if it were in mint red uncirculated state. I would pass personally.
Rest in Peace

It's a woodie and the coin was most likely cleaned at some point. MS-63 details.

, those black streaks are scary. Coin put in when the ink was still wet.

i think the dark streaks are from an improper alloy mix. very similar streaks can be found on canadian tombac 5 cent coins.
