There are only a few non proof on CC's site and the doubling is very hard to see. I am not seeing a DDO on the OP's coin either.

HI John1 and all.Yes,It is an exact match from the site.On the site,it's listed as Coneca 1-0-II.Please take a look at that one and you will see everything is the same,except their coin looks to be MS.

Also,look at Coneca 2-0-II.It is one of these,depending on the position of the mintmark.

2-0-II is a proof. 1-0-II I don't think matches your coin.

It is a light grease issue on the die. The devices are tapered. From the top they look thin, but the bases are wider.

They are done that way so they will release from the die. When there is a light amount of grease on the die, the deeper parts of the die get grease on them and prevent the upper parts of the devices on the coin from tapering. They look wide instead. Note on the devices near the rim are taller? There was less grease in the lower part of the die. (The deeper part of the die) So they are not as flat as the centers.
