I'd be honoured to start this new thread off. Here is the solo finest 1892 quarter, graded MS-66 by PCGS.

4mile123, that is probably one of the very few Victorian 25-cent coins that is better than those that are in the Perth Collection (although I am sure Bob would love to get his hands on yours...) http://www.PCGS.com/setregistry/all...aspx?s=96805Welcome to CCF - I assume you are "Cottager" on the PCGS Registry...

This is the only 1924 cent graded MS-66 by PCGS, part of the registry set I am working on.

SPP: love that purple and blue toning! The strike is amazing. The bar is set pretty high so far. Hope I can see more of these pristine examples.
I've noticed a large disconnect between ICCS and US TPGs at the mid-grade levels but at very high MS examples like these, they seem to be spot on. Great coin!
Thanks for sharing SPP!

Hey Rob, you haven't put that 1887 into a PCGS holder yet?

Thanks for posting Bosox, those cents are incredible.
SPP-Ottawa, the 1924 cent is beautiful. What a great coin to anchor a registry set. You are correct. I do have sets on the PCGS registry under the name of Cottager.
Thanks for the comment on the 1892 quarter but I don't think anyone has a coin better than those found in the Perth Collection. What he has been able to assemble is truly amazing.

Nope, haven't sent anything to PCGS for a while. Probably will send them some coins in a month or two.

Bosox's 1887 cent is one of only two coins graded MS67 by ICCS out of almost 10,000! (the other being a 1882H Obv2)
Pretty stellar.
