This one's a bit weird -- the reverse is quite weak compared to the obverse. The shield lines are worn out of proportion. Thoughts on a grade / would it be details?

Grade wise the obverse makes 20, but that reverse is strange. Possible filled die or grease strike through? We will probably never know.
