Last one for this run, don't want to spam too much in one day. My other ungraded IHC's that are raw are not really post worthy IMO, and CCF has already seen the rest that are post worthy.

This 1896 IHC is definitely one of the nicer raw Indians in my book even though it's a common date. No hairlines or other signs of abuse. When I bought it originally the pictures were really dark so it was a gamble but I was pretty pleased although the color worries me a bit - it does have luster though. Is this a true UNC, or a slider AU?

I am terrible at grading IHC's so these are quite challenging for me; hardest coins for me to grade behind only Buffalo nickels.

Excellent coin, from the pictures I think I can see some very slight wear on the tip of some of the headdress feathers. Also on the reverse some slight wear on the horizontal shield lines. A very nice AU-58.
Rest in Peace

Its only seen the slightest hint of circulation but remains a wonderful example. Color is hard to verify from photos only.

without better lighting I'm going to conservatory grade it AU58. there does appear to be some very minor wear on the bow. need larger better lighting pics to determine if its MS.
Rest in Peace

Any wear on this IHC would have to be very minute . Liberty is strong , 4 diamonds. but it could slab questionable color. that said I'll give it AU-58 +

Definitely not cleaned, no hairlines, and the color matches other AU IHC's I have. It's a shade darker in hand with darker toning starting to occur on the portrait, and a couple of carbon spots on the obverse. I'm getting ready to re-shoot all of my IHC's so I'll try to get better pictures of this one without such direct lighting.
