This is because people is not aware of 2012 s ATB Quarters when those quarters came out. This causes spike of some of the 2012 ATB Quarter rolls and bags. When the first issue of 2013 s white mountain released, some one started to hoard some of the rolls and bags. The mintage is high 1.6 millions. I have original packed 8 rolls. DNA Pillar of the Community United States 2734 Posts	Posted 02/07/2016 10:29 pm I've spent a few cull "S" Quarters from 2012 to present (coins with planchet rinse spots,and/or big hits and marks), but a higher-MS like this one is not really a coin someone would spend as a cull.
