I only know of it by looking in the back of an older 7070 it has listed all of the foreign albums Dansco once made. Mexico, Canada, US, Panama, Guatemala, Cuba, Japan, Hong Kong, Swiss Republic, Israel, New Zealand, Fiji, Australia, Ireland, New Guinea, and Nicaragua. Now 4 down and a lot of searching (and waiting) left!

Cool. Now you just have to get yourself some Israeli coins.

Congratulations. Sometimes the stuff that we buy to house are coins are as much fun as the coins themselves.

Israeli huh? Reminds me of a funny story. Back in 1978 when I was an Air Force security policeman stationed in Iceland, a plane full of Israeli military guys had to land and stay the night at our base due to weather. Apparently they were on their way to the USA for training. I was on the midnight shift and was told to drive by the plane a few times and check on it throughout the night. They had one lonely unarmed guy standing outside "guarding" the plane while the rest were inside trying to sleep. I invited the guy into my truck to warm up. He spoke good English, so we had a nice chat. Remembering I did not have any Israeli coins, I blurted out, "Got any money?" He looked a little puzzled, glanced at my M16 rifle and proceeded to pull a small wad of US bills, mostly twenties out of his pocket. He held them out for me to take. I laughed and explained I meant an Israeli coin for my collection and that I would be willing to pay for it. He seemed mighty relieved and quickly stuffed the US cash back into his pocket. Every time I look at that 1970 1 agora coin, I smile thinking about how I got it.

Bayboy - That is why some coins are better in a collection than others, because they have a great story to tell, your 1970 1 agora coin certainly qualifies fro that in spades.
