Space in between the A and M. Also fg is close to the memorial, I've compared it to to numerous Close AM and Wide AM coins and I'm pretty confident, but for sure am not an expert.

I wouldn't. If the coin was a high grade coin MS-66 and over maybe, but I see staining on the reverse, so it would probably be un-necessary it you are going to sell it. I would not pay extra for any coin for being slabbed. (I just view raw prices as a price guide) If the coin was a high dollar coin, then it would be necessary to make sure it is real. But this is a coin that is not counterfeited. So I feel it is unnecessary to have it slabbed. That is how I feel about it. Others may. I've never had a coin slabbed, but if I was to do so it would be for a higher grade for a high dollar coin. (I have no plans for this though) I always consider the adage; but the coin and not the slab. (some coins are over/under graded, some are not correctly attributed. so pay for what you see or pass on a coin if need be)

Most coins under $100 are not slabbed. You might check Heritage Coins to see if they have sold any in any grade? That might be a factor to consider. If not high grades, then it would not be something to consider doing.

The coins really solid except for the stains no scratches and not worn, how badly do the stains affect grade?

I have a 1983P-1DR-001 that graded a MS-62 because of a spot.

But I bought it anyway. The reverse was so sweet:

So the lowering of grade affects the value even for a spot. Without that spot, it probably would have graded at least a MS-65. IMOHO

No, I bought it from a fellow poster on a forum. Got it for a good price then because of the lower grade.
