whizzed means that it is mechanically cleaned with a metal brush.

You can go to the ccf glossy for a definition of "wizzed"  Not sure I see a whizzing here. Maybe. It was very light and done well if so. Those patches on his beard, ear and hair area do seem to support a possible wizzing though

100% whizzed or polished.
Actually, it's usually glass wool they use and not metal.

A cloth buffer wheel will accomplish a whiz without the damage caused from a wire brush.

Even odder is that the listing states that:

I think that's in reference to the specifications posted right above the statement. It's certainly misleading as PCGS had nothing to do with that coin.

 I wonder what it would have looked like if it wasn't whizzed . Seems like it could have been a nice Lincoln.
