Hello , I found this error today ! , look down in the date , I dont know how to say it in English , but see the number the second number from one in 1916 ! . its error right ? if yes then how much it can worth ?

Hard to say, the 1 may have taken a hit, or there might be a small lamination under it.
Really need a good close-up of the whole date.

Looking more like a lamination, but....is there any way you can check that there's not a blob of glue or something similar sitting there.
I wouldn't normally advise this, but see if there's any movement using a blunt toothpick. I don't think you would do much damage as it's not what I'd call a high value coin.

Delamination on coins is fairly common. I have noticed it more in coins from the war years. I would not expect it to have much of a value.

I have quite a lot of coins with laminations, most I found and a few I bought.
This small one on a UK penny would only be worth about $1 - $2.

Because of the era in which it was struck, this is a very common type of error. With a war raging all across Europe, the top quality metals of all types went to the armaments industry.

Lamination issues are not uncommon. However, in my experience, appear more frequently during times of war, when all metal and working processes are pushed to the limit.
