just figures I would share some russian coins I have from a collection of old european copper I used to have. the core of the collection was german states but I sold them off a while ago.

Old Russian copper has become rather tough to find. They have been going back to Russia for years.

Those are some nice Russian pieces. I am part Russian, so this is really neat to see coins from where my family comes from. Thanks for sharing!

The 1729 5 kopek is actually quite nice. Probably the most valuable of the whole lot - would see some going at 50+ dollars from time to time.

Also can you please photo a close up of the mintmark of the 1812 2 kopek? I know it says "IM" but in some coins, they were re-engraved from SPB to IM.
