These are in a box of error coins I inherited. The first nickel has notes saying "wire brush marks on die", the dime's notes say "solid D, chip in S of designers initials", the last 2 nickels just say mint error and the cent just "peeling". I can see what is meant by the notes, but have no idea if they are just oddities or collectibles.

Hello, you have a good selection of error coins The cent is a large lamenation error, the second 1945 (silver) War Nickel is a die crack (fairly large) the first one is a lamenation error

I would say the 2 silver War Nickels might be worth $10 to $20 each, the cent is probably $5~$8 the dime (filled D) and the nickel wire markings) I don't think would garner a lot of a premium (I might be wrong)

The last three coins are all laminations (the second War Nickel is not a die crack). The 1980-P nickel does not have 'wire brush markings', that's just from a worn die (lines like this from die wear are relatively common on coins from the seventies and eighties), I wouldn't put the value any higher than face. I can't see anything wrong with the dime. Keep in mind, though, that the two 1945 nickels are 35% silver, so the melt value is about 85 cents per coin. The laminations will probably add a bit of a premium.

The three lams are decent. Nice coins!

The 1980 nickel is just a severely worn die.

The dime has die chips.

The first War Nickel is a lamination error

The second War Nickel I'm not sure if it is a die crack or another lamination error.

The cent I can't tell if it is a lamination or damage.

Is the 1980-P nickel very slightly off-center?

It's a minor MAD (misaligned die), but not enough to warrant a premium.

Here is what die flow looks like close up:
Are-Any-Of-These-Coins-Considered-Collectible?
It is from the striking and metal flow after several hundred thousand coins. The wear flow towards the rim leaving these lines.
