The letters are all very bold on both sides and Liberty's eye and eyebrow are clearly visible. It should not qualify as VF-20 because there are no feathers visible on the eagle's head or breast. I wonder if they are grading tough to establish a new standard since the change of ownership. Since this was a problem-free coin, I am considering sending it to another TPG.
