Can you all share some thoughts and knowledge on this 1917?
Lincoln image really looks detailed and defined in this 1917 coin compared to many of the other 1917s I have.
Is this a doubled Die?

Thanks,
Dave

The 1917 DDO was the first coin variety I found. When I was a kid, several relatives gave me their old Lincoln Cent folders, and I found the 1917 in one of them to be a DDO. A couple years later I made the mistake of selling to a dealer. He gave me $150, but I probably could have gotten more.

As for this coin, I'm kind of suspicious. I suppose it could be some very extreme die wear, but I haven't seen anything like it on a Lincoln. with John1 that it is not the DDO.

I don't think so. The date should pop in a pic this size.

Just a normal coin. A nice coin, but not the variety.
