My first thought was VF35 no problems, now I'm not sure?

Agree VF-35. Right obverse field looks wiped though color seems good.

My grade would be VF-25 or 30. To qualify for VF-35, I think you need to have a debate with yourself as to whether or not it's an EF-40. The weak "LIBERTY" and general overall wear, do not lead me to have that debate. If the "LIBERTY" were stronger I'd say VF-30 without question.
