Here's the other of the 'toned' dollars I've got listed here. The toning on this one is all original as my mother in law had 51 silver dollars stored in a box in the attic for the last 50+ years.

I appreciate your thoughts on a grade on this one.

I look at this and the 1st thing I think is "slider" coin.....looks likes it has been circulated once. Could be the pics or toning though.

Having said that this is one of the most eye appealing Peace dollars I have seen.

Dave, I had been begging my mother in law for the last 40 years to let me take them out of the attic so I could inventory what she had. My eyes popped out of my head when I uncovered them for the first time. I'll try to post more pics of what's in the box when I have time but the two I've listed here are beautiful coins in hand. I doubt my photography does them justice.

Stunning toning. Cue the jealousy.

Beautiful tone on a lightly-circulated coin. AU-58 with a plus or star for superior eye appeal. The color should add a value premium to what would otherwise be a common and inexpensive dollar.

I thought I'd post much larger pics of both obverse and reverse. These are extremely highly detailed and show every flaw but provide a better idea of color. Just click the picture to see it in full size.
