Got this from the bank the other day. it looks to be full of 2015 cents. Do I even CRH it or ? I can only imagine that I might have a full box of 2015s that are left to be circulated..?

I would search it for any high grade, error or variety. I would also keep 5 or 10 rolls of heads/tails un-opened. If you search them let me (us) know of any finds.Good luck. John1

I'd rather have a different box, but it's better than nothing.

Tough call. Looking for gems may we worthwhile, but if that is not your thing then it would be a waste. Curiosity usually gets the better of me though.

Might be the way I ask but I never ask for a $25 box of cents, rather I ask for $25 in cent rolls. What I always get back is a plastic bag filled with $25 worth of rolled cents. Could just be how my bank does it but I've never received a 'box' like that. It's only an assumption but getting them the way I do I would assume there is less of a chance to get the same dated coins like you might get in a box like that.

I'd certainly leave a few rolls uncirculated.

Sure, why not - put 'em away for your kids.

Well guys, I really wanted to look at one roll.... Solid all the way through. Which means that the rest of these 49 rolls are uncirc 2015 Ds..

Being they are Denver I would just keep a few rolls unopened,heads/tails and turn in the rest. Your chances on finding anything good are much less with Denver compared to Philly. John1

I second the motion. I have a box of 2015P going and its slim pickings so far. It's a filler box for me.

It was obvious looking through the holes of the box that they were all the same. I wouldn't have even taken the box home, let alone opened it. But since you did, yeah, pick a single roll with heads on one end and tails on the other...then take $24.50 back to the bank.

I was in a similar situation - my bank handed me a box that was instantly identifiable as a 2015 - ? brick.
I went back in and asked if they had another, which they did. That gave me 39 wheats, so I'm glad I went back.
However, if they hadn't had another, I'd have brought it home and kept a few.

That happened last year the first time I tried doing cents. I ended up with two boxes of 2015-D Zincolns, which I didn't notice until I was on the way home. I ended up opening a roll or two and dumping all of them.

That sucks! I always get nervous looking through the holes when I first get a box. when I see some old dirty colors on top I get excited haha.

With nickels, I look for the old looking ones and then push back the paper so I can see the date without opening the roll. There's usually a coin or two on the end from the forties or fifties.
