Not sure if it is or not. I found it back in my cashier days and pulled it side due to it's color. I'm not sure it looks like a proof to me but am not sure. What do you guys think?

like if someone opened a 59 proof cent and spent the penny. I'm just not sure if it's a really clean penny or polished.

You can get a proof cent in the 50 cent to $1 range.

The rims are slightly different. The Proof cents are thicker and the rims are squared:

Also the proof are real shiny.

We're going to need some better pictures. That one is kind of blurry. I think it could be a proof, though.

I think not. The strike is off center enough to make it a business strike.
