Well, if you don't have them it would be a convenient way of getting them. I am sure that eventually you could get all of them for face value, but for $8 over face it would save you the trouble of looking. I probably would if I needed them all.

It is obvious, though, that they are trying to get rid of them; likely they have buckets of them, and nobody is paying the $2 apiece they are "worth".

You need to read the fine print - you are signing up for an "Approval Service". Is that what you want?

Paola
This is the Littleton Coin company referred to in one of your other topics.
I would also add that if you want these coins, with some effort, you can prolly still get most all of them from circulation and coin roll hunting in near uncirculated condition....

Yep, and CRH'ing quarters is fun! Just have to be able to front the $500 per box if you go the box route (most of which, of course, you'll get back - but $500 is a lot to tie up for some folks).

I love CRHunting! And I think the money we tie up getting coins boxes for it works like a saving account if you need for an emergency just cash out.

I used some of these adds before from Littleton. It is to draw you in to the Coin Service where the coins are overpriced. I got a 2015 P & D president dollars set plus the newest quarter at the time for $8 plus free shipping. $8.25 face for $8. All you have to do is look at the other coins they send and send back in the prepaid envelope they send and mark that you don't want anymore.
I did one back in 2005 I think it was that if you mail in your address they sent you coins to look at and they gave you a ASE free. I still have the ASE in a Littleton bag they seal them in.

They aren't that much trouble to deal with. You can cancel the coins on demand service right away, even before the coins come by emailing them. Though I'm pretty sure I'm now banned for life hehe. I did it to get uncirculated Presidential dollars at face from years they were NCLT.

Then you made me look and now want to get the national park ones 2010-2015 for $15. I been collecting them out of circulation and some of them have been super hard since I started late. I might have to test the theory that I may be banned though it's been over a year. I have most of them just not as perfect as I would like haha. The best part is I have most of them so I can dump the old circulated ones in my piggy bank and get $12 back.
