Just in terms of wear, I might grade it as an XF. However, it seems to have quite a few unattractive spots on it, so I personally would value it as for a VF. It is pretty much a bullion coin whether VF or XF.

XF to me, the degraded surface drops it from what some folks would call AU.

Not a keeper unless you want the silver.
