She looks nice enough, usual circulation wear, a pretty hard rim hit & some hits to the shield but overall quite presentable, although I suspect she was cleaned and wiped a long time ago based on buildup. Currently residing in a problem free PCGS old holder (7 digit S/N) -- the toning matches other LS coins in my sets so that was a bonus as well...

Thoughts on a grade?

Looks like a solid VF+ even with the rim cuts. I imagine they deducted 5 points for the rim but still went with VF25. Actually a VF30 grade would be no surprise either. Nice piece.

I'd estimate VF-35 detail, with a likely deduction for the rim cut taking it to PCGS VF-30. Nice eye appeal overall; this piece should satisfy many collectors looking for a circulated type coin.

PCGS VF25 (OGH) -- I agree that it was netted down for the rim issues, but it's got quite nice eye appeal.

VF-30 detail, I can certainly understand the net grade to 25. Still it is a nice looking dollar.
