No my grandson and I were buying monthly, our cost basis on a total of 60 OZ is $15.58 so we have ceased to purchase. When silver was $14.90 a few Mondays back I suggested that we wait and see if it drops before Friday. Went up and up.Webekin

I was buying silver on the way down .... And continue to buy on the way up.
Mostly 5 to 10oz. A week ... Sometimes more.

Picked 38 silver quarters this morning ....not sure what I will buy this afternoon.

Yes, I am and have been as it ran up.

I will gladly keep buying on the way up.

As a collector, the higher prices in silver and gold, especially with silver now, finally lets me get back on track collecting in full force.hmmmm, full sheet of 2016 pandas sounds good too to me.

so nice to see prices high and officially in up trends. being able to collect full force again deserves one of these

I get it and sell it weekly so the spot prices haven't really had too much of an effect on my profits. The costs and revenues both have slightly been elevating. Will stop by and get some more today if they have any. Last week was able to get 3 Peace dollars and another $8 face junk 90% for spot price.

Didn't run out to buy it but while at the LCS he had 15 one ounce president art bars for $16.00 each, couldn't pass them up! still had a nice chunk of bills in hand from the coins I had just sold them.

Silver is a loser. Gold is the way. Considering gold's high price to begin with you'll be wishing you had /some/ before it got "too" expensive, whatever that means. I'm rather indifferent on silver. Part of me would like it to go down so that I can create a line, and the other part wants it to go WAY high so that the public can finally respect silver. However, I wish gold would go down in price because the jewellery industry is in shambles and nobody is buying run-of-the-mill trinkets anymore, only super high-end ($) custom work is being produced along with engagement rings and wedding bands (bread and butter). Costs are way too high and it's hurting people everywhere and creating monopolies.

What I would suggest to everybody and anybody interested in silver, is buy .999 fine only. Everything else is literally scrap/junk unless it has /significant/ historical value or incredibly high levels of craftsmanship.

Yes.
I bought 4kg of Silver Aussie florins a couple of weeks ago and am buying another 3kg today at 10% less than spot.
When Silver starts to gain some value there are some nice numistic coins to be had in the bulk lots being sold.
It will be a lot of fun "noodling" through these when I get back home

Mister u buy and sell weekly? What do u sell on a weekly? U profit on weekly changes.

Also silver has doubled x3 in price x4 in price x5 in price... Chances of gold 5x in price over a few years not so likely as silver even gold x3 price seems to high.

But good to have both and diversify but I. Terms of profit I think silver may b best for investment of a few years. Idk.

In my opinion, silver is due to a pull back. In the last 25 days silver has jumped almost 20%. A 5 -7% pullback would probably get me interested again. Right now it looks oversold to me.

Yeah visited my LCS today and boy he has had a lot in the past two weeks! Today I got 3 Morgans (1884, 1891, 1897 all O mints), about $10 in halves, $3 in quarters, a couple of times, and a 1913 Prussian 3 Marks! He also has some Panama proof sets I need to go get too to save em for when I finally get a Panama Dansco to fill...

Guys. Silver just hit 52 week high and is holding. The signal is there and it's clear as day... BUY ME RIGHT NOW!

It may pull back so you can risk it not making another tear up and try to buy on.a dip meaning if you see it go.down siginficantly, say over 20c minimum pull the trigger. But honestly if you can find a good deal right now you CAN'T go wrong. Or I should say it's a very, very high probably you can't go wrong. Silver is now, as of only 24hrs ago, firmly in an uptrend. The signal to buy is big and bright

One dealer at the CSNS show today had SEVERAL (like 20 or more) poured 100oz bars and a 100 POUND poured bar. It was so big that the case lid was nowhere near closing.
