Mila

The squared end on the inside loop of the 9 says this is a large date .
the small date 9 comes to a point and aims more at the center of the 7.

Mila, here's a detail from my 70-S SD for comparison:

1970-S-Lg-Or-Sm?

I also go by how far the downstroke of the 7 goes below the 0. On a SD it's notably shorter.

Also, the inside loop of the 9 ends differently.

Large Date - Squared off

Small date - Pointed
