I don't think you will make any money if you try to sell but for $5 I would keep it.

If you like it, keep it.

Personally and respectfully, I would not keep it or spend anything over face to obtain it.
Collectors that strap search may have a different opinion, but based on its condition, this is my opinion.

As far as value, it might be popular on the bay, particularly with collectors that like 7's, maybe $10 - $15.

It should be fairly easy to sell this note for $5. The purchaser may keep it for a while.
Better karma if you buy a lottery ticket with it.

I'd keep it and sell the note. Binaries do very good on the WG? forums. Though the margin of profit may not be as high as if this were a $1, if you have $5 to spare, keep it.
