Unfortunately it's not in the best of shape. I understand that the odds of finding one in the wild aren't very high.

Good for you. Probably not much investment potential, though.

Nice! It may not be in the best shape, but one is more than I've found.
Rest in Peace

Cool survivor. The OP's note has been circulating for over 10 years. Better than average if you ask me.

I've told you once, and I'll tell you again , They're out there my fellow collectors.

I remember reading somewhere like 1 in every 10,000

It would be a bit higher than that. With the first four digits being completely random, in most cases it would be 1/10,000 for the last digits to match, but it would be a bit more likely in some cases (multiple of the same digit). I would estimate about one in eight or nine thousand.

Assuming all 99,999,999 numbers are used then yes, the odds of finding a Radar is 1 in 10,000. There would be 10,000 possible combinations of them for every 100,000,000 notes printed. 10k x 10k is 100million. If less than that are produced then the odds would vary but stay roughly in the same ballpark.

I haven't seen one that worn before. Usually they are snatched up pretty quick by somebody with an eye for it. Great conversation piece. You know, if you are in need of conversation.

Instead of starting a new thread, I figured I'd resurrect this one. Today I found this RADAR note in the beverage machine. The odds were not on my side.

And this one's in better shape.

Now you have found two more than I have.
