Lightning strike! Had enough of it in my neck of the woods the past few weeks. Thanks, Doug.

Good news is I don't have any cracks in my roof yet.

That said always enjoy seeing some large ones on the Memorial cents. This one comes out higher and longer than most. Thanks, Doug.

The devices next to the rim has split plating on the tops of those devices. A couple die cracks.

They give stuff names and it makes collectors feel it is something unique. I don't buy it. They are just die cracks on a common area.

I know, but especially us beginners really enjoy that kind of stuff.

coop you have the patience of a Saint and probably because you love the hobby so much. I thank you for putting up with me and my HUGE learning CURVE. I know us (me in particular) beginners must really drive you crazy sometimes.

Could you do me a favor. Could you retake this image (like the first image) that will show the die crack that will flow over the devices. If you need to be closer, that would be OK as well. I could add it to my educational files. Again it need to show the crack flowing over the devices clearly.
