anybody noticing this Die Gouge (or Crack) off the B in the designers initials on the 2016 Cents? I have had quite a few now so I figured I would inquire on it.

Thanks for looking.

When you find these in a roll and only find one, you might check to see if any markers match the coin that is different. If you see the same die scratches on another coin and it doesn't have the same anomaly that you see on the one coin, then it might be a plating issue or planchet/strike issue. If you find a few in the same OBW roll, then it might be a die issue. That is the way to tell if it is a die gouge issue or a coin issue.
