I'd appreciate some opinions please.

I'm kind of hoping between this and the next coin posted to get a lesson in spotting the difference between wear and weak strike.

Its definitely XF but I tend to agree with GB as there appears to be nice amounts of luster on this coin so it may hit AU.

I would say the date and liberty on the obverse show signs of a weak strike rather than wear.

However I am not as familiar with this issue so please take my grading and assessment with a grain of salt.

The 1913 are notorious for weak strikes, and I'm pretty sure this is uncirculated. Hmmm...

I feel this coin is a very good canidate for uncirculated although weakly struck. there appears to be virtually no "rub" as luster remains on the high points. Hard to tell without actually tilting under good light with a good loupe in hand. Check the coin edge, as I have found that truly uncirculated coins will have edges that show no signs of wear, Whereas even an AU58 coin will have some signs of rub on the edge. JMO.
