I think that this may be a DDO? I have no idea, but it would be my first. When looking on Coppercoins and VarietyVista, all the DDO had a doubled eyelid while mine does not. Here are the pictures,

I see some thickening of letters but I think they got that way from circulation. Don't see signs of a DDO, though.

Looks like a normal circulated coin. Note the mark on the 'R' on LIBERTY. You can see some metal movement on the area with the arrow. Some circulation flattening.

Keep in mind the LIBERTY DDO's are the single squeeze examples. To you might find the marks at the top and bottoms of the devices new coins.

I can't give you the exact year. But the single squeeze dies are lower profile. The older coins with the multi-hubbing process has devices that are taller. The single squeeze dies are more prone to the Die Deterioration we find that look like an extra device outside the fields.

On the multi-hubbed coins the devices show wear on the edge of the device facing the rim that flows towards the fields.
