In my archives I have three different counterfeit 1909-S VDB Lincoln cents and a fake 1922 no-D Lincoln Cent. One 1909-S VDB was ended by the seller, but the other three fakes sold. Now, this was in the time period between Judith S ( ebay) and Bobby M. (CCF), so I doubt anyone brought these to the attention of ebay.

GSC is notorious for playing stupid when confronted about the questionable coins they sell.
I pointed out to them one of their 9SVD's was counterfeit and the reply was that the OWNER would review the coin. About two hours later the listing was pulled and I got an email from them thanking me for pointing out the coin.
Evidently, the left hand at GSC does not know what the right hand is doing and that their management does not have knowledgeable, honest coin people running their internet coin business.
Crazy!

It has only been 9 hours and 28 minutes, but it hasn't been removed. Interestingly, the fake Krugerrands I reported here and were reported to ebay 9 hours and 28 minutes ago HAVE been removed.

Some sellers have "handlers" and removal requests must be approved by them. It looks like GSC is the Hillary Clinton of ebay.

Me, nor my contact, realized who it was yesterday. Managed accounts need to go further up the chain initially and it didn't yesterday.

Gone....listing ended by the Seller due to an "error in the listing"! (Wonder what the listing "error" happened to be?)

What usually happens in this case is the account manager, once notified, will tell the seller to end it.

So accounts like this can list multiple fakes, and only get an e-mail from their ebay contact to takedown, as opposed to "regular" accounts, which are forcibly taken down with warnings and / or suspensions?

Sort of. If they do not comply, they will be forcibly taken down.
