Am I missing something here? These look to me from the picture like San Francisco business strikes for the most part. Perhaps the picture is the problem:

There were no business strike 'S' mint lincolns after 1974 so those have to be impaired proofs.

Difficult to tell from the photo as it is, but I do see what could be (originally) reflective fields and squared rims. Impaired proofs, but proofs nonetheless.

Without checking each coin in hand it would be hard for me to
say they are all proofs.

But I agree that most of what I see appear to be proof coins.

Proof coins that have been mishandled and/or circulated.

Regardless of proofs or not, just not worth purchasing. What could you do with those?
