Simple question, hard answer. I have about 150 notes I'd like to keep track of from different countries, all are raw / ungraded. Is there a site or system online that allows you to manage such a collection, or am I stuck with an Excel spreadsheet?
Any help appreciated. P Member ANA - EAC - TNA - SSDC - CCT #890 "Most of the things worth doing in the world had been declared impossible before they were done." -- Louis D. Brandeis

Google sheets are great... you can also do Excel with Google Drive, One Drive, or your choice of the many file sharing sites available.

Thanks COTW :) And everyone else. I will give Google Sheets a try, I'd like to be able to access my inventory from my phone & tablet without needing Excel.

I like google sheets, but is there a way to make it sync to a software spreadsheet on my computer? I update my info by cutting and pasting to google sheets. There must be a better way. BTW I use open office.

Use Google Drive with Google Sheets. You can also enable offline access to make everything easier. Drive creates a folder on your computer and syncs your files back and forth. You can then open that sheet/xls/etc, edit, save, and it will auto-sync. Works with any file, not just spreadsheets. More details here, explains both: http://www.cnet.com/how-to/how-to-s...ocs-offline/

I personally use Excel, but I have a Windows phone and use Excel on my computer as well, so it's convenient for me to use. Google Sheets should be great though if it's easier for your mobile devices.
I note the country, denomination, year, and other information (the people, places, flora/fauna, etc) pictured on the note to help me determine if I already have the same one when I'm at a shop.

PCGS allows you to enter your inventory on their website once you create a free account. It allows you to add photos, which is nice too. I used to use it a couple years ago, and it was very user friendly.

Realbanknotes.com has a collection feature, you can either use their image gallery or upload your own.
